I haven't been on Newgrounds for a while because I was dirty and defected to Youtube to stick some tasteless gameplay videos up. You can find them here if you're interested. I've also joined Twitter. That's here. Once my artist, my girlfriend, finishes up with all her University lark we'll be diving head first in to our Flash project - finally.

Who am I informing though? I don't have a following...

Does it require talent or skill?

Animating is hard.

Well this seems to be my week. I finally managed to compile something in SDL. I followed the now infamous Lazy Foo's "Hello World" tutorial and threw this together. I changed the C++ in his example to C because I'm a retro fuck that can't OOP. Let's hope I keep acquiring this skill.

Screwing about with SDL

I just found out that my boxed copy of Flash MX 2004 works on my Ubuntu partition - which is great. I initially did not install it because the WINE bug log didn't sound all too positive but it worked and I'm working on my project right now. Awesome, ey?

I'm well chuffed!

I'm currently working on a project. It is top secret at the moment. If any animators want some ActionScript to tie together their projects they shouldn't worry about asking me, I'm always keen to help. The version of Flash I'm working with is Macromedia Flash MX 2004 and I don't know any ActionScript 3.0, but I'll pick it up.

Thanks;

Myke (Ploe)
